Product description

New reproduction chrome bumper trim set to replace old, damaged or faded trim on original bumpers.

This set includes both the thick upper trim and the thin lower trim. Each strip is 300 cm (118.11 inch) long and can be cut to the required length with a knife or scissors.

These chrome trims are in high demand and can be difficult for us to keep in stock. When the in-stock set is sold out, you can order this pre-order version instead.

Fitment

Fits trim-type bumpers used on:

• Golf MK2 Westmoreland (USA)

• Golf MK2 European

• Jetta MK2 USA

• Jetta MK2 European

Important: These trims only fit original OEM-style bumpers that were made to accept chrome bumper trim. Standard bumpers without the trim channels will not accept these trims.

The correct bumper can usually be identified by the small trim channel/tunnel at the end of the bumper. Original front bumpers also have a visible seam near both front corners. Check the product photos before ordering.

Installation

Remove the old trims and slide the new trims into the existing bumper channels. Cut each strip to the required length using a sharp knife or scissors.

Notes

This set contains enough upper and lower trim to redo one bumper.

To redo both the front and rear bumpers, you need 2 sets.
